Ooo…I can’t wait to try this- except for the broccoli, as I didn’t get that gene. Will probably use spinach. Getting bored with oats with blueberries, wanting to go savory.and this sounds great. But do you eat it for breakfast? Maybe brunch?
I’m still pondering your one food question. I’m on a polenta kick now so I think it would be that. Complex carb with, excellent nutritional content, GF, low calorie, etc.
If you use spinach – it is similar to this recipe (spinach or kale): http://trailmomma.com/2018/11/savory-oats-instant-pot/
And I eat this for dinner and breakfast. Oats are just a grain. No rule they have to be for breakfast. 🙂
Excellent Recipe – Will add Flax Seed & Wheat Germ – Thanx For Sharing
